Online Ordering

It’s easy to place an order with PicturesInStone.com.  All of our products are 100% custom.  Browse our categories and product pages to view items available for purchase.  Each product page has user friendly fields to help you get us all the information that we need to engrave your product.  Simply complete the three fields as follows:

1. To the right of the product image, click on the gray box labeled 'Browse' to attach and upload a digital photo from your computer or camera card.
2. Add any text that you would like engraved in the 'Add Text' box provided.
3. Add any special instructions, such as removing the background or a particular object or person etc.
4. Save if you add a display easel (marble products only) to your order now - Yes or No
5. Click 'Add to Cart', - PLEASE ALLOW TIME FOR YOUR FILE TO UPLOAD - and proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
   

If you would prefer to place your order online and mail a photo and / or pay with personal check or money order:

1. Add the products you desire to your shopping cart.
2. Proceed to the checkout and enter your bill to and ship to information.
   
3. When you are prompted for payment information, choose 'Pay By Check'
   
4. Confirm your order, and mail your payment and photo if sending a print, to:
   

Your photo will be scanned, resized to fit your product and returned unaltered with your order.
Please include your name and order number with your check.

Photo Requirements

Please be aware that the quality of your photo determines the quality of your engraving.  We can clean up or restore older photos, resize to fit your engraving and remove unwanted items in the background, or remove the entire background.  If you have any question about the quality of your photo, simply email it to us at info@picturesinstone.com and we will let you know if it is suitable for an engraving.

Preferred File Formats: 
JPEG and/or TIFF

Scanning Image Resolution Requirements: 
Minimum acceptable resolution is 200 DPI or greater.
File Size: Should be 50% to 100% of the size of the final product being created. For example if you are scanning a photograph for a 6x6 marble tile you should scan the photograph 6x6 inches at 200 DPI. 

If you're not sure, we suggest you mail us the original photo and it will be returned with your item.

Payment Information: 
We gladly accept checks, money orders, Mastercard and Visa. On all credit card transactions we require the Security Code and the credit card billing address, city and zip code. If paying by check make checks payable to: Granite State Laser LLC

Gift Certificates
Ordering that special gift for someone that will be treasured for life is as simple as ordering a Vector Laser gift certificate. Choose from a standard amount or choose a custom amount for that special item.. We can even deliver it to the recipient on your behalf. Gift certificates can be purchased online and are are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

All of our items are custom, and are designed to your specific requirements. We utilize a proof process in order to insure layout accuracy prior to production and, as such, may not be returned unless layout information was engraved incorrectly compared to the approved proof or if the merchandise arrives damaged. For your protection, please review the proof carefully before approving. If the layout was engraved other than what was represented in the proof or if the item was damaged or lost during shipping, please call us.

Shipping

Upon placing your order, we will estimate shipping cost for you based on the size and weight of your items and the shipping options you choose.  We offer both UPS, FedEx and USPS shipping. The shipping cost will appear on the check out page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
